Percept Trellis Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through session arrangements. The business was established in 2014 and can be reached at 105 Paldal-ro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 16253, 031-248-9125, and info@percepttrellis.click.

What we collect

If you send the visit form or an email, we receive the name, email address, chosen session, preferred date if you gave one, and the message you wrote. Please keep account numbers, resident registration numbers, and precise position sizes out of that message. We do not ask for them, and we do not want them in the enquiry.

The site stores a cookie preference in your browser’s local storage under the key percepttrellis-consent when you choose Accept or Reject on the banner. Server logs of the host may briefly record an IP address and the page requested, as ordinary hosting records.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used to answer you, confirm or decline a time, prepare a print you asked for, and keep a record of the booking. The legal bases relied on are your request before a contract, the contract when a session is confirmed, and the room’s legitimate interest in running a small teaching schedule and handling refunds. The consent key records only the banner choice you made.

Retention

Enquiry and booking correspondence is kept for twenty-four months after the last message in the thread, then deleted, unless a longer period is required for tax, accounting, or a dispute. A confirmed payment record is kept for the period Korean bookkeeping rules require. The consent key stays in your browser until you clear site data. Hosting logs follow the host’s ordinary short cycle.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Staff of the room — Han Sora and Park Minjae — see the bookings they teach. A bank or payment provider sees what is required to take a fee that was arranged off the website. A hosting provider sees technical logs. If we ever use an email host that stores message copies outside Korea, this page will name that host before the change.

International transfers

The room operates in Suwon and intends to keep enquiry contents in the Republic of Korea. If a transfer outside Korea becomes necessary, we will take the steps required under the Personal Information Protection Act, including an appropriate safeguard and, where the law requires it, your separate consent. You can ask where a given message is stored.

Your rights

Under Korean privacy law you may request access to the personal information we hold, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, and suspension of processing, subject to records we must keep. You may also raise a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission or another competent authority. Send requests to info@percepttrellis.click. We will answer within the period the statute allows, and sooner when the request is simple.

Children

Sessions are arranged with adults. The site is written for adult students of chart reading. If you believe we have received information about a child, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, the updated page will carry the new text on this same address. Continued use of the site after that update is how the new text applies to later visits. A booking already confirmed keeps the privacy terms that were posted when you booked, for that booking’s records.
