Refunds and cancellations

This policy covers fees paid to Percept Trellis Co., Ltd. for chart-study sessions at 105 Paldal-ro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 16253. It matches the sittings we actually offer: the Confluence Desk, the Level Notebook Workshop, the Scenario Map Review, and Open Chart Hours. Eligibility

A prepaid fee can be refunded in full when you cancel a Confluence Desk or a Scenario Map Review at least forty-eight hours before the confirmed start. A Saturday seat can be refunded in full when you cancel at least five days before the morning. An Open Chart Hours seat can be refunded in full when you cancel by noon on the same day.

Partial refunds and materials

If a Saturday packet has already been printed for your name and you cancel inside five days, the cost of that printed packet is kept and the remainder of the seat fee is refunded, unless you move the seat once to the next monthly morning. A chart print prepared for a desk at your request is treated the same way when the cancellation falls inside the forty-eight-hour window: the small print cost stays, and the rest of the fee returns if the tutor’s time has not started.

Non-refundable situations

A no-show is not refunded. The lamp or the desk was held, and the tutor was present. A session that has already begun is not refunded for unused minutes. A Scenario Map Review is not refunded once the write-up has started in the room. A Saturday seat that you attended is not refunded because the pace felt slow. Fees are for the time and the method, not for a particular market outcome after you leave.

Rescheduling

You may move a Confluence Desk or a review once, without a fee, when you give notice at least one full day ahead and a later opening exists in the same month or the next. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the windows above. A Saturday seat may move once to the next monthly workshop if you ask at least five days ahead, or inside that window if you accept that a printed packet already made for you is kept.

Deposits

If the confirmation asks for the fee in advance, that payment holds the time and is applied to the session. When you cancel outside the windows above, the advance payment is refunded in full. Inside the window, the rules on partial refunds, materials, and no-shows apply to that payment.

When the room cancels

If the room cancels a confirmed session, you may take a full refund or move to another opening. Illness of the tutor is handled the same way. We will say so by email or phone as soon as the morning is known.

Process, timing, and method

Send the date of the session, the name on the booking, and whether you want a refund or a move. We confirm the decision in writing. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within seven to ten business days after approval. If a bank takes longer to show the credit, that interval belongs to the bank. Cash fees paid in the room are returned by transfer to an account you name, in the same window.

Work already underway

Preparation that is only a blank sheet on the desk does not block a timely cancellation. Preparation that is a named print, or teaching time that has started, is handled under the partial and non-refundable sections above. We do not sell goods by post, and this policy does not describe shipping.
