Terms of use

These terms govern use of the website at percepttrellis.click and the chart-study sessions offered by Percept Trellis Co., Ltd. (“the room”), established in 2014, at 105 Paldal-ro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 16253. By using the site or confirming a session, you accept these terms. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

The room teaches technical analysis as a craft: marking price levels, judging confluence, and writing scenario maps. A confirmed session is an appointment for instruction in the study room, or the Saturday workshop described on the sessions pages. Teaching is given in English. Session descriptions on this site are the scope. A reply that confirms a time may add only practical details such as which print will be ready.

You remain responsible for any decision about capital, size, or orders. The room does not hold client funds, does not access brokerage accounts, and does not place orders.

Bookings

A request sent through the visit form or by email is an enquiry until the room confirms the time in a reply. Fees are those stated on the rates page unless the confirmation names a different figure because the request was for more than one instrument. Payment is arranged in that confirmation. Website pages do not take payment.

Acceptable use of the site

You may read the pages, send an enquiry, and share links to public notes. You may not misuse the form, attempt to disrupt the site, or copy the teaching notes for resale as your own course. Personal copies for your own study are welcome.

Intellectual property

Site text, the arrangement of the pages, the Percept Trellis name, and original teaching notes are owned by Percept Trellis Co., Ltd. unless a page says otherwise. Charts you bring remain yours. Marks made on your print during a session may be taken home by you; the method itself is the room’s to keep teaching. You grant the room permission to use the words of a testimonial you have agreed to publish, and you may ask for that quotation to be removed later by writing to info@percepttrellis.click.

Liability

Chart study is educational. Markets move for reasons a map cannot exhaust. To the fullest extent allowed by the law of the Republic of Korea, the room is not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by events outside the room’s control, or decisions you make after a sitting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Korean law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for harm caused by intent or gross negligence.

If the room must cancel a confirmed session, the remedy is a new time or a refund under the refund policy. That is the limit of the remedy for a cancellation the room initiates.

Site content

Field notes are teaching essays. They can become incomplete as markets and examples age. The room may update pages without notice. Rates on the site apply to new requests; a session already confirmed keeps the fee named in that confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The place of business is Suwon. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Korean law.
